Aloha and welcome to the Hukilau 2009 official vendor page!
Vending Space this year will be Room-to-Room Vending at the Bahia Cabana. In past years vendors were set up in convention space at the Yankee Clipper. The Clipper is under going renovation so it will not be available to us this year. As many vendors as possible will be placed around the pool area of the Cabana and main building so that you will gain prime exposure. The first vendors to sign up get the premier placement.
Hukilau 2009 vending space will be offered at a cost of $175 per room plus your room rate. Vending prices include two Event Passes that will gain you access to all events excluding Tikki Beach Cruise, Jeff Berry's Seminar and any additional seminars. A specially designed insert will be placed in all event programs identifying each vendor and their room number.
- Each space will be your very own room at the Bahia Cabana. A room at the Cabana is required if you are to be a vendor at Hukilau 2009.
- Vendor spaces will be offered on a first come, first serve basis.
- You must get a code from filling out the form below and then paying for a vendor space. You will need to give this code to the desk at the Bahia Cabana in order to be placed in the allotted room block for vendors.
- Since this is a Mid Century Polynesian Pop themed event, we ask that everyone keep merchandise adhered to a Tiki/Polynesian Pop/Hawaiiana/Vintage Clothing & Collectibles theme.
By signing up to be a vendor please understand that you must be open during advertised vending hours.
